Passengers traveling with Philippine Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
Online check-in is available for all Philippine Airlines domestic flights
including 2P operated flights (PAL Express). This is also available for all
international flights except flights from Chengdu (China), Xiamen (China),
Jinjiang (China) and Tagbilaran-Incheon.
Online check-in is available from :
• 24 hours to 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to your international flight's
departure time
• 24 hours to 1 hour to your domestic flight's departure time
Passengers holding confirmed booking and valid e-ticket may check-in online
EXCEPT:
• Unaccompanied minors
• Passengers who need medical or special assistance
• Passengers with pending payment or refund for settlement
Airport Counter Check-in
For domestic travel without check-in bags, please proceed to the boarding gate
with your printed boarding pass and valid ID 45 minutes before departure time.
Check-in counters of Domestic Flights close 45 minutes before departure time,
while check-in counters of International Flights departing from all airports in
the Philippines and in the world close one (1) Hour / 60 minutes before
departure time (except Quanzhou which closes 45 minutes before departure time).
Plan to leave your homes early to be at the airport at least 3 hours before the
flight for international travel, and 2 hours before the flight for domestic
travel to allot time for immigration and security checks.
Boarding gates close 15 minutes before departure time.
