Passengers are advised to check-in at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled
departure time for all Golden Bay Air flights.
The check-in counters closes 20 minutes before departure or as advised on your
e-Ticket, at Gate 20, Wellington Airport Domestic Terminal Gate 20. This is to
enable compliance with CAA regulatory requirements and to ensure timely service.
On occasion, Golden Bay Air are allocated a different gate. However, unless
advised otherwise by Golden Bay Air or by the Airport Arrivals and Departures
Screens, please go to Gate 20. The aircraft may be parked away from the gate in
which case there will be a shuttle between Gate 20 and the aircraft.
Final check-in 20 minutes prior to departure at the Golden Bay Air Terminal,
Takaka Airport, Nelson Airport and Karamea Aerodrome.
Keep your mobile phone handy in case Golden Bay Air need to contact you on the
day of travel. (Note: Golden Bay Air counter is not staffed until check-in
time).
